I have an unfortunate amount of experience with space.

Additionally I am a doctor and have worked extensively in xenobiology, as well as faking it in the unknown.

What kind of experience do you have in testing alien flora for medicinal properties?

not much with actually alien flora
some with making do with what's around, though, in the absence of any real medication

Not much point of a medbay if we're all going to slowly suffocate.

I'm working off the assumption that the ship AI wouldn't have wasting resources to revive us if we're going to be rendered useless in a short span of time.

But I'm not one hundred percent certain of the AI's protocols, so still looking to confirm for myself.
