[ people probably thought fire was magic before the science made sense, but whatever, he just has to satisfy his need to test it. he can accept that people did stuff that looked like magic and called it magic, but his brain won't let him accept it as that until he sees it himself (and even then, he might try to put the shit in a test tube, he's relentless like that). ]

About five or more of us all came here from a city called Duplicity that was some kind of strange similar to this. We were brought in from different dimensions.

I have an unfortunate amount of experience with space.

Additionally I am a doctor and have worked extensively in xenobiology, as well as faking it in the unknown.

What kind of experience do you have in testing alien flora for medicinal properties?

not much with actually alien flora
some with making do with what's around, though, in the absence of any real medication

Aren't you enjoying the adventure?

Granted, not everything has been ideal. The accommodations are sorely lacking and no one has ever needed to wear this much orange. Also, there's a good chance we're living in our own ghost story.

Still! There's a universe outside. That counts for something.
